Councillor Stephanie Cryan, Cabinet Member for Equalities, Democracy and Finance, approved the procurement strategy for the Domestic Abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls Support Service on 07/08/2024. The decision included approval of a ten-year contract commencing 6 November 2025 with provisions for review and break clauses at years four and eight. An estimated nominal contract value of £7,384,400 over the 10-year period was also approved.

Councillor Sarah King, Cabinet Member for Council Homes, approved the payment of Get Involved Grants to 24 tenants and residents associations, 12 constituted community groups, and two tenant management organisations on 5 September 2024. The total cost of these grants is £216,070.56. The grants are intended to support projects and activities that bring tenants and residents together and improve their health and well-being.

The Strategic Director of Resources, in consultation with the Head of Property and the Cabinet Member for New Homes and Sustainable Development, approved the Gateway 2 decision to enter into a Pre-Development Agreement with Bouygues UK for Keyworker Housing and a community facility on 9 January 2025. This agreement, commencing January 2025 for approximately 12 months, has potential underwriting costs of up to £750,000. The agreement is for the delivery of Keyworker Housing and a community facility.
