Councillor Jasmine Ali, Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Children, Education and Refugees, decided on 08/07/2025 to approve the High Needs Education Capital Investment Plan.

Authority was delegated to the Strategic Director of Environment, Neighbourhoods & Growth to award contracts, approve purchasing options, service level agreements, and green energy options.

The Cabinet decided on 22 July 2024 to contribute £1m from Strategic Community Infrastructure Levy funding to Network Rail for the construction of a new public realm entrance at Dovedale Court, Peckham Rye Station. The Strategic Director of Resources decided on 08/07/2025 to authorise the disposal of the property at 89 Upland Road, London SE22 0DB, by auction or other appropriate method. Authority was delegated to the Assistant Director of Property to determine the appropriate reserve price or premium.
