The Strategic Director of Resources authorised the disposal of the freehold interest in 16 Harper Road to the current leaseholder on 27/10/2025, with the capital receipt to be earmarked for the Council’s Housing Investment programme. The Assistant Director of Property was authorised to carry out further negotiations with the purchaser.

The Cabinet Member for Clean Air, Streets and Waste approved the permanent introduction of two physical and one virtual bookable loading bays on New Globe Walk on 03/10/2025. Officers were instructed to implement these bays via permanent Traffic Management Orders, with provisions for statutory consultation and potential public inquiry.
