The Strategic Director Resources approved the award of the JCT 2016 Design and Build main works contract for the refurbishment of 201-205 Camberwell Road to Borras Construction Limited for £2,159,970.35, commencing 26 January 2026. This decision was made on 6 January 2026. The award is subject to an internal arrangement between the Housing Revenue Account and the General Fund through a memorandum of occupation.
