The Executive Member for Inclusive Economy, Equalities and Democracy noted the findings of the Southwark Works internal review and options for a future delivery model. They approved steps to further develop and implement a proposed hybrid approach to future delivery. This includes defining which functions will be delivered directly by the council, which will be commissioned, and the appropriate procurement model for contracted services.
