Decision

That the Strategic Director of Housing approves the award of Contract A (covering Bermondsey, Rotherhithe, and Borough and Bankside contract areas) for Voids and Temporary Accommodation Voids Works to Chas Berger Ltd. up to a maximum estimated sum of £2.95m per annum for an initial three-year period (maximum £8.85m) commencing 29 January 2026 with the option to extend (in increments at the council’s sole discretion subject to performance) for up to two additional years bringing the total maximum estimated contract value to £14.75m.
