- That the award of the Leisure Centres Decarbonisation works contract for Castle Leisure Centre to Alternative Heat Ltd. in the sum of £2,911,268.86 (excluding VAT) be approved. This sum includes the full decarbonisation of Castle Leisure Centre through the removal of the existing gas-fired heating system and the provision of low-carbon energy systems.
