Contract variation and extension for Adults' home care, children's care at home, and reablement

Decision

That: 

  1. The variation and extension of the contracts listed in paragraphs 2-5 for Adults Home Care, Children’s Care at Home and Reablement for a period of six months from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 at a combined estimated six-month value of £14,024,536, with an optional further extension period of up to and including six-months until 30 September 2027 and a total estimated twelve-month value of £28,049,071 inclusive of the extension, be approved.
  2. The following the variation and extension of the following Adults’ Home Care (core) contracts, be approved:

·  London Care Limited, at an estimated six-month value of £3,215,477 and estimated 12-month value of £6,430,954.

  i.  Lot 1 - Estimated £1,385,871 six-month value and £2,771,741 twelve-month value for Bermondsey and Rotherhithe.

  ii.  Lot 5 - Estimated £1,829,606 six-month value and £3,659,213  twelve-month value for Camberwell and Peckham.

·  Medacs Healthcare Limited, at an estimated six-month value of £1,498,758 and estimated 12-month value of £2,997,515.
