The Executive approved the adoption of the Private Sector Housing Enforcement Policy on 20/07/2026.

The Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and Leisure approved the award of the South Dock Marina Boatyard Crane Supply and Installation contract to P&D Environmental Limited for up to £1.8m, commencing 3 September 2026. They also approved a project contingency of 10% (£180,000) and delegated its expenditure to the Policy & Programme Manager.

The Strategic Director of Environment, Sustainability and Leisure approved the award of the Leisure Centres Decarbonisation works contract for Castle Leisure Centre to Alternative Heat Ltd for £2,911,268.86, including the removal of the gas-fired heating system and provision of low-carbon energy systems. They also approved a variation to the scope of works to derisk the programme.

The Strategic Director of Children and Adult Services approved the variation and extension of contracts for Adults' Home Care, Children's Care at Home, and Reablement services for six months from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027, with a total estimated value of £14,024,536. They also approved the delegation to exercise an optional further six-month extension.
