The Executive Member for Inclusive Economy, Equalities and Democracy approved the award of £18,842 for the Southwark Pioneers Fund (SPF) Grow Your Enterprise grants (Round 5) to organisations and for amounts listed in the report's appendix on 18 August 2026.

The Strategic Director of Resources authorised the grant of a new lease for part of the ground floor at 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH on 27 July 2026. This decision authorises the Director of Planning & Growth to proceed with the lease, consults with the Assistant Director of Property, and delegates authority to complete the new lease.

The Executive, on 20 July 2026, noted the commencement of a full review of the Southwark Plan, agreed to give formal notice for the commencement of the Local Plan, and adopted the Local Plan timetable. They also agreed to delegate approval for further updates to the Local Plan timetable to the Director of Planning and Growth.

The Executive Member for Council Homes approved the payment of £32,056 in Getting Involved Grants (GIG) to Sheltered Housing Units, Tenant Management Organisations, Tenants and Residents associations, and constituted community groups on 27 July 2026.
