The Leader of the Council approved the digitisation of Traffic Management Orders on 03/09/2026. The council will become fully digitised with its Traffic Management Orders as per Department for Transport requirements.

The Executive noted the current budget pressures in 2026-27, transformation savings, proposed revisions to the Medium Term Financial Strategy, and the update on the Housing Revenue Account on 20 July 2026. The Executive reviewed and noted the council's financial position and challenges.

The Strategic Director of Resources approved the variation of the Door Entry and Warden Call Contract with Silk and Mackman Services Ltd. by extending the contract term by eight months from 1 August 2026 to 31 March 2027 on 5 August 2026. The estimated additional expenditure during the extension period is £1.823m, with £0.209m required from existing underspend.

The Executive adopted the Local Plan timetable as required by section 15B of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 on 20 July 2026. The Executive agreed to delegate approval for further updates to the Local Plan timetable to the Director of Planning and Growth.

The Leader of the Council approved the implementation of new digital traffic orders on 19 August 2026. This decision was brought forward to August 2026 to avoid delay to highway schemes.
