Purpose

Disposal of the Council's freehold interest by auction or any other approved method of sale

Decision

1. That the Strategic Director of Resources be authorised to dispose of the property by auction or such other appropriate method, including private treaty.
2. That the Strategic Director of Resources be authorised to delegate authority to the Assistant Director of Property to determine the appropriate reserve price or premium, as applicable.
