The Strategic Director of Resources decided to grant a new lease for part of the ground floor of 160 Tooley Street on 30 September 2026. The decision authorises the Director of Planning and Growth to proceed with the grant of the lease and to complete the new lease. The tenant will carry out required separation works at their cost, reflected in a rent-free period.
