Purpose

Request to extend Southwark's participation in London e-service for online sexual health testing and contraception

Decision

That;

1. An extension of the Inter-Authority Agreement (IAA) between the City of London Corporationand SouthwarkCouncil thatenables the councilto continue to access the pan-London sexual health e-service, Sexual Health London (SHL), delivered by Preventx Limited (Preventx), for up to an additional 12 months, be approved.
2. Southwark Council’s continuedparticipation inan extension of thepan-London sexualhealth e-service, SHL, delivered by Preventx for up to a 12-month period from 15August 2026 to14 August 2027 without anincrease tothe maximum annual budget which is currently £1.5M. The spend is estimated up to £1.5Mas thisis anactivity-based service,so maybe lower, be approved
3. The continued expenditure on non-activity costs in the pan-London sexual health e-service, SHL, delivered by Preventx for the 12-month period from 15 August2026 to14 August2027, ata costof £22,006.These costsare to cover the City of London’s administration and management of this service, be approved.
