Considered the 189
representations received as summarised in Table One (seeparagraph
15below), duringthe statutoryconsultation for‘TMO2425-007
Queen’s Rd CPZ’ relating to the proposal to introduce a
new parking zone inthe Queen’s Road area, which includes
permit parking bays and double yellowlines.
 
2. 
Notes each comment and
objection received in response to theconsultation as set out in
Appendix 2; then considers and determines the objections
andcomments as per the table at Appendix 1 prepared by officers in
response tothe representations received.
 
3. 
Instructs officers to
write to each person who made representations to informthem of the
Council’s decision and setting out the reasons why the
decisionwas made.
 
4. 
Instructs officers to
make the Traffic Management Order(s) (TMO) to proceedwith
theproposal toimplement anew ControlledParking Zone(CPZ)
operatingfrom Monday toFriday from1pm to 3pmin theQueens
Roadarea.
