Purpose

1. 
To approve the
procurement strategy for generalist external community legal advice
services, through a single supplier negotiation with Citizens
Advice Southwark (CAS) for a total estimated annual sum of
£636,000 over a period of up to five years (three+ two
years), from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2030, making a total
estimated contract sum of £3,180,000.
 
2. 
To approve an annual increase on the
contract value in line with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) over the
course of the contract, set in September of each year for the
following financial year in line with the CPI.

Decision

That this procurement
