That the Strategic Director for
Children and Adult Services, in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Health and Wellbeing;

Formalise prior approval the contract award for
delivery of 0-19 Children’s Community Public Health services
to Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust for an
initial period of two years and six months from 1 October 2024 with
an option to extend for two years.
 
2. 
Note that the total estimated figure for the
contract is £6.8m per annum, or £30.5m over the term of
the contract if the option for extension is exercised.
