Purpose

Committee is asked to approve the proposed
revisions to the Corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These
revisions are part of the Council’s performance monitoring
framework, which will include quarterly reporting of KPI outcomes
to CPRC, as well as publishing the Corporate KPI data on the
Council’s website.
