The Committee resolved to note the
forward forecast Estimated Council Reserves for the four years
ended 31 March 2028 and the use of £703.8k from the Social
Housing Initiatives Fund (Reserve), to cover the £703.8k
budget deficit for 2024-25, to deliver a balance budget.
