About

The Development Control Committee is responsible for making decisions on planning applications and planning enforcement matters on behalf of the Full Council. Members of the public can register to speak at committee meetings, with a total of three minutes allocated for speaking both for and against a planning application. If multiple people wish to speak, they are encouraged to share the time or appoint a spokesperson.
