Click here to find out more about the Standing Advisory Council on Religious Education in Staffordshire   The Standing Advisory Council (SACRE) shall, in line with the law and guidance issued by Parliament, the Courts, the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and Staffordshire County Council as the Local Authority (LA), advise on such matters connected with the provision of religious education and collective worship in schools and other educational establishments in the LA's area, excluding religious education and collective worship in Voluntary Aided schools, collective worship in Voluntary Controlled schools and schools with a trust deed which specifies alternative provision.
