Purpose

This report sets out the Council's 5-year
Staffordshire ‘Housing with Care Strategy’. The
Council, together with our district and borough partners, wants
good quality housing with care for all adults who need it, to
prevent, reduce and delay the need for care, as well as maximising
independence and quality of life.
