Purpose

Trent City Council to allow the operation of a joint
Coroner’s service through the Joint Executive Committee and
approved a Heads of Terms legal framework. At that time Cabinet

consultation with the Cabinet Member for Communities and Culture,
to finalise any Legal Agreement
