The Property Sub-Committee of Staffordshire Council approved recommendations on 20 May 2026. The decision was to grant a Supplemental Academy Lease of part of the Torc Vocational Centre to the Endeavour Multi Academy Trust. Final lease details are delegated to the Assistant Director for Commercial and Assets.
