The Property Sub-Committee of Staffordshire Council approved leases for St Elizabeth's Catholic Primary School, Thomas Russell Junior School, and Cooper Perry Primary School on 15 July 2026. The committee also approved lease changes for Innovation Centre 5, a new lease for TORC Vocational Centre, and a new lease and surrender of a unit at Staffordshire Place.
