The Charities and Trusts Committee of Staffordshire Council approved recommendations on 11 November 2025. The committee granted a Licence for Alterations to Landau Forte Charitable Trust for the installation of solar roof panels on the Elizabeth Block. Approval was delegated to the Assistant Director for Commercial and Assets to agree the final form of all required documents.
