Housing Management Advisory Board

The Housing Management Advisory Board (HMB) is a recruited group of council tenants, leaseholders, councillors, and key staff that makes recommendations on housing matters.

Its work involves advising on the housing business plan, budget setting for housing services, and the development of housing strategies and policies. The HMB also reviews key decisions, significant service changes, and development proposals before they go to the Executive or full council. It does not deal with day-to-day operational matters or detailed service delivery.
