Cabinet considered a report
reviewing the Gambling Act 2005 Statement of Principles.
 
Members were in support of the
Policy and agreed the importance of the Council’s
responsibility to vulnerable residents.
 
It was
RESOLVED:
 
1.        
That the proposed Stevenage Borough Council Gambling
Act Statement of Principles 2025-2028 (attached at appendix A) be
approved.
2.        
That the Stevenage Borough Council draft Statement
of Principles be recommended to Council for adoption.
