Decision

The Area Committee has
given approval to:
 

(1) 
the order being made in accordance to the Highways Act 1980,
Section 119 to divert ‘Footpath 91 Bredbury and Romiley
between far Benfield and far Cloughside Farms from a route shown by
a solid black line between points A-B-C-D to a route shown by a
broken black line between points X-Y-Z-C-D as shown on the plan at
Appendix A in the report.
 

(2) 
if objections are made and not resolved, that the order be
forwarded to the Secretary of State for confirmation.
 

(3) 
If unopposed that the order be confirmed by Stockport Metropolitan
Borough Council and that the diverted route be added to the
Definitive Map and Statement for Stockport.
