Decision

The Area Committee has
given approval to an application received from the Fairway Primary
School PTA to hold ‘The Fairway 5 Trail Race’ at
Woodbank Memorial Park on Sunday, 18 October 2026 between 10.00 am
and 12.00 pm subject to the organiser obtaining appropriate papers,
event plans, health & safety documentation, licenses,
insurances and any fees and charges that apply at least two weeks
prior.
