Purpose

To consider the extension of the Overarching
Agreement for Totally Local Company to continue to provide public
realm services to the council for the next 2 years.

Decision

The Cabinet has
considered a proposal to extend the Council’s overarching
agreement with Totally Local Company (TLC) for a further one-year
period with an option to extend for a further year, and
has:-
 
(1) Approved the
extension of the overarching agreement with TLC for one year with
the potential option to extend for a further year.
 
(2) Delegated
authority to the Deputy Chief Executive, in consultation with the
Deputy Leader of the Council, to finalise and sign the
documentation.
 
(3) agreed to receive
a further report during the extension period on long-term delivery
options.
