The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways and Transport Services has given approval to the legal advertisement of the following package of traffic regulation orders and, subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders to be funded by way of a developer contribution:-

Both Sides:

From the intersection of the north easterly kerb line of Pennine Road for a distance of 10metres in an easterly direction

Werneth Road, Woodley – West Arm

Both Sides:

From the intersection of the south westerly projected kerb line of Pennine Road for a distance of 10metres in a westerly direction

Werneth Road, Woodley – South East Arm

From a point, 10 metres south east of the intersection of the southerly kerb line of Werneth Road west arm for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction.

Pennine Road, Woodley

East Side:

From a point, 10 metres north of the intersection of the northern kerb line of Hillside Road to a point, 10 metres south of the intersection of the southern kerb line of Hillside Road.

West Side:

From the intersection of the northern kerb line of Werneth Road west arm for a distance of 24metres in a north westerly then northerly direction.
