The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services approved the proposed Transportation Capital Programme amendments for 2023/24 on 05/07/2023. The decision included allocating additional funding for street lighting, highways investment, highways drainage, pothole and highway maintenance, highways structures, major schemes, active travel measures, bus stop enhancements, town centre improvements, road safety near schools, and flood risk management.
