The Executive Director for Corporate and Support Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance, Resources & Innovation, has given approval to award to Civica Election Sevices Ltd a contract for the production of election and electoral registration printing on the terms and basis detailed in the ‘not for publication’ report. The services contracted encompass statuory printing for all Returning Officer and Electoral Regisrtation Officer functions in Stockport.

This contract is awarded under a single-supplier framework established via the GMCA for all 10 Greater Manchester authorities.

Alternative options considered

N/A - Four suppliers submitted bids as part of the GMCA-led tender with all submissions scored by an evaluation panel. Once the successful bid was identified, the decision to award was made on a joint basis with other constituent Greater Manchester authorities under the coordination of the GMCA.
