Decision

The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services has given approval to the legal advertising of the package of traffic Regulation Orders and associated revocations as detailed in Appendix A to the report and, subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders to be funded by way of a developer contribution.

The Werneth Area Committee considered the proposals at its meeting on 15 June 2026 and agreed with the proposed recommendations.
