Decision

The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services has given approval to the legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Orders for Norris Bank Primary School, as shown below and at appendix A of the ‘Area Committee Update’ appended to the report, and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, that the orders be made (to be funded by the Road Safety around Schools programme budget allocation):

Green Lane, Heaton Norris - (South Side): From a point 32 metres east of the projected easterly kerb line of Colchester Place, in a westerly direction for a distance of 71.5 metres.

Wittenbury Road, Heaton Norris - (Both sides): From its intersection with the southern kerb line of Green Lane, in a southerly direction for a distance of 19 metres.

Colchester Place, Heaton Norris - (East side): From its intersection with the southern kerb line of Green Lane, in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 27 metres.

Colchester Place, Heaton Norris - (West side): From its intersection with the southern kerb line of Green Lane, in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 32 metres.
