Decision

The Cabinet Member for Parks, Highways & Transport Services has given approval to the legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Orders for Prospect Vale Primary School, as shown below and at appendix A of the Area Committee Update report, and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, that the orders be made (to be funded by the Road Safety around Schools programme budget allocation):

Rose Vale, (West side): From a point 5 metres north of its intersection with the northern kerb line of Brown Lane in a northerly direction for a distance of 28 metres.

Rose Vale, (East side): From a point 5 metres north of its intersection with the northern kerb line of Brown Lane in a northerly direction for a distance of 5 metres.

Motcombe Farm Road, (Both sides): From its intersection with the northern kerb line of Brown Lane in a northerly direction for a distance of 10 metres.

Brown Lane, (North side): From a point 10 metres west of its intersection with the western kerb line of Motcombe Farm Road to a point 10 metres east of its intersection with the eastern kerb line of Motcombe Farm Road.
