The Licensing Panel is responsible for managing all council functions related to consents, licences, permits, permissions, certificates, and registrations. This includes decisions under the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. The panel's remit excludes licensing policy matters reserved for The Cabinet and issues concerning electoral registration. Its decisions directly impact businesses and individuals seeking or holding these licences within the Stratford-on-Avon area.
