Decision

To authorise the award of £12,561 in grant funding to each of the following organisations to enable them to participate in the Climate Resilient Stratford-on-Avon District scheme:

• Alcester Town Council
• Alcester Town Football Club
• Beaudesert and Henley in Arden Parish Council
• Bidford on Avon Parish Council
• Blackwell Village Hall
• Cygnets Education and Childcare Trust CIO
• Langley Parish Council
• The Royal Shakespeare Company
• Stratford upon Avon Boat Club
• Wellesbourne and Walton Parish Council

And, to provide Kineton Parish Council with grant funding of up to £10,000 to have ecological surveys carried out on Council owned land.

Reasons for the decision

12 Expressions of Interest were submitted in response to the opening of this programme.

Alternative options considered

To give authority to proceed with the award of grant funding to organisations in line with the Decision section of this report.
