That a further garden plot licence be granted to the existing licencee.

Reasons for the decision

The current licence to the plot holder has expired and it is proposed to put in place a new licence to expire on 11.05.2031.  The licencee to pay an annual fee to use the land and also a contribution to the Council’s legal costs.

2. Decline to agree to the licence
