Decision

That the strip of land to the side of 7 Brook Cottages be transferred to the owner of the property.

Reasons for the decision

It appears that a strip of land currently used by 7 Brook Cottages for access is in fact registered to the Council. The owner of the property has used the land for some time and it will be good management for the Council to transfer the land to the property as it has no other purpose for the Council.

The terms have been agreed, on behalf of the Council, by Bruton Knowles and the documents will be drafted by Legal Services.

Alternative options considered

1. Agree to the transfer; or
2. Decline to agree to the transfer.
