To endorse the response set out at Appendix 1 and agree for it to be submitted to North Warwickshire Borough Council on behalf of Warwick District Council and Stratford-on-Avon District Council.

Reasons for the decision

To ensure that the views of the South Warwickshire Councils are made to North Warwickshire Borough Council when considering issues of relevance to the South Warwickshire area for plan making in North Warwickshire.
