Reasons for the decision

The previous licence was vacated, and it is proposed to put in place a new licence to expire six years from completion in 2032. 

The licencee to pay an annual fee to use the land and also a contribution to the Council’s legal costs.

Alternative options considered

1. Agree to the licence; or
2. Decline to agree to the licence.
