Purpose

Joint response from Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwick District Council.

Decision

To endorse the response set out at Appendix 1 and agree for it to be submitted to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council on behalf of the South Warwickshire authorities.

Reasons for the decision

To ensure that the views of the Stratford and Warwick Councils are made to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council when considering issues of relevance to the South Warwickshire area.

Alternative options considered

1. To send the response as drafted;
2. To amend the response; and

3.   To not send a response.
