Reasons for the decision

Cyclical roof renewal and repairs to Council-owned temporary accommodation properties are required. The works include flat roof renewal and repairs to the existing pitched roof and will help ensure that the property remains watertight. A procurement process has been undertaken and a contractor selected following evaluation of submitted tenders.
