Purpose

This decision, made under delegated powers,
follows a period of consultation where three out of the four
participating parish/town councils expressed a wish for the
Berkeley Burial Committee to be dissolved. The participating
town/parish councils had requested SDC to make the decision, on the
clear understanding that SDC's responsibility is only to decide
whether the Committee should change or be dissolved.

To dissolve the Berkeley Burial
Committee.
