Purpose

To enable the council to build new affordable
homes it is necessary for it to enter into a contract with a
contractor to build the properties. A procurement exercise has been
undertaken and following receipt and evaluation of bids Speller
Metcalfe were selected. This decision notice provides the relevant
authority to enter into the contract
