project in the NLHF funded Cotswold Canals
Connected Phase 1B project.
The project has been authorised by the CCC
Project Board and is within the agreed budget.

Approval for the award of contract for Bonds Mill
lift bridge demolition

Reasons for the decision

The following are designated as being contract documents: -
•Beaver Bridges Ltd Quotation Q005955/3 dated 17.08.24 as relates to manufacture of the bridge (but on the strict proviso that if any terms and conditions contained therein conflict with the terms and conditions of this order, this order shall take precedence and be the terms and conditions of this order)
•Beaver Bridge emails 10/10/24 as relates to the manufacture of the new bridge
•Scope of works document for Bridge Manufacture – Beaver bridges
•Beaver Schedule of rates 2024
Note that Contract Value is £175k excl VAT
