The Community Services and Licensing Committee decided to approve the Household Support Fund (HSF7) Delivery Plan. Authority was delegated to the Strategy Director of Communities for any necessary changes before March 2026. The plan includes funding for community hubs, money advice agencies, vouchers and food access, discretionary wider essentials, discretionary water fund, and discretionary housing payments.
