Purpose

There would be financial savings within in the
proposal which can be utilised by expanding apprenticeship
opportunities and creating a dedicated budget for apprentice
support and development

Decision

To align SDC Apprentice salaries with the
salary guidelines set by central government and practices adopted
by other local authorities in Gloucestershire.
